Next, we need to see the Seller Account Home Page.

(Click on Inventory => Manage Inventory => Shipping Queue)

a. Click on Performance => Account Health

This is so we can determine the overall health of your account.
Now let's take a look at the Seller Feedback.
a. Click on Performance => Feedback

This is so we can see the total (and recent) seller feedback on the account.
Next, let's go to the Performance Notifications page
a. Click on Performance => Performance Notifications
b. Screenshot the performance notifications pages (please make sure if you have more than ONE page, please upload all the performance notifications pages).
This gives us the health history of the seller account.
Next, is the Payments page
a. Click on Reports => Payments
b. Then Screenshot the 'Statement View' page show below
(NOTE: Please make sure you take screenshots of the last 2 settlement periods and upload both screenshots, you can select the dates in the dropdown box in the centre of the page, thanks!)
This shows us the payment schedule of your account.
Next, we need to see how old your Seller Account is.
a. Click on Reports => Payments => All Statements => Then scroll down to the first transaction on the Seller Account.
As you scroll down the page more transactions will load on the page. Keep going right to the bottom until you reach the start date of the first statement period and take a Screenshot.
Next, we need to check the Total Volume of FBA Orders.
a. Click on Orders => Manage Orders
b. Then Click on 'View FBA Orders' first then Select Date Range => Custom => Enter the date the account was opened in the first box, then put yesterdays date in the second box.
c. Then take a screenshot and upload in here.
Next, we need to check the Total Volume of FBM Orders
a. Now we need to see the same for FBM Orders since account opening.
Please click on 'View Seller Fulfilled Orders' on the right hand side and then click 'Shipped'. This shows us ALL the FBM orders on the account.

Is your Seller Account currently a professional (paid) account or individual (free) account?
Are there any recent sales on the account (in the last 2 years?)
If you have a 'Professional (paid) account, you can check by going to:
a. Reports => Business Reports => Select on the Left ‘Sales and Traffic’ underneath ‘By Date’
b. Then click 2Y and screenshot total sales volume
What is the estimated sales in the last 2 years on the account?
Next, we need to View Selling Applications.
a. Please click on Catalog => View Selling Applications
b. Then click the 'Approved' button and then screenshot the whole page.
(If you have more than 1 page of 'Approved' Brands and Categories, just screenshot the first page upload in here).
Do you have Brand Registry?
If you have registered a trademark and have successfully applied for Brand Registry program with Amazon, you are 'Brand Registered'.
But first, please navigate to the 'Account Info' page.
a. Click on Settings => Account Info and Screenshot the ‘Account Info’ page.
Please make sure we can see the whole page and if there is any additional verification required (like below).
From what Country is your Seller Account 'Tax Registered' From. For e.g. If you have an LLC in the USA, then you'd be Tax Registered in the USA.
Please screenshot your Merchant ID.
a. Click on Settings => Account Info => Merchant Token

Please show us the Marketplaces on the Account.
a. At the top of any page, go to Marketplaces => See All

Are you open to including your main Seller Central login Email Address in the sale?
If the email address you currently use to login to Seller Central is mainly used for the business purposes, would you be open to including this is the sale?
